I have been going to this location for well over 10 years. I have several services done here. This location is very convenient in my area. I have had lab work done by quest four times now. Each time was horrible. I, like many others per the reviews, have experienced long waits with very few customers present. During my second visit I was told that I needed to give them my credit card information to keep on file incase Ohio Health did not pay for my lab work or else they would not service me. Great experience. Scheduled an appointment in advance, checked in, and was seen 5 minutes later. Corry was awesome.
They were on time for my scheduled appointment. NO ONE hits me first try but Tasheka did! Funny and friendly and great at her job. Painless
