I have always had fast, quality experiences at the Westerville Campus facilities. I went to get my blood drawn expecting the same. I waited 2 hours to be called back. In all my years, I have NEVER waited that long for any doctor or medical procedure. This was for a simple blood draw! Absolutely inexcusable. I will avoid that place like the plague in the future. If you look at the ratings, it seems that all the Ohio Health labs seem equally bad. Not cool, Ohio Health.

They switched to quest diagnostic services got rid of the receptionist and canceled their phone number. Worst experience ever do not come here.
Waiting here for 39 minutes while everyone gets called before me. Doesn’t even matter that I was here before them. I was never u formed that I could make an appointment in all of the years I have been coming here.
This location used to be Ohio Health Lab services, but they now have a company called Quest run labs. They are HORRIBLE. The first time went to this location I didn’t know I needed an appointment to have my blood drawn. I waited 35 min before work and only two people were called back for bloodwork in that time. I was a “walk-in”, even if I had an appointment I still wouldn’t not have been able to stay due to work. This is absolutely ridiculous.
