I have used Quest here and in Port Charlotte, Florida, and if the folks think this one is bad, they should try the Florida place. They have a nice open waiting area here. You don't want to be in a cramped little waiting room with a bunch of sick people. I had a standard blood draw, and barely felt the stick from Sherri. The wait time, even with a scheduled appointment time, can vary from short to long, so no 5 stars.
I have had great experiences with Tracy but other lab techs don't seem to know what's going on or how to read orders. They refused a sample I had orders for which I had to repeat even though the code was there on the order. One of the last techs made me pull the sample out and didn't want to let me use gloves. Today I arrive for my 9am appointment and there are 20 people in the waiting area and they are very behind. You schedule too many people at the same time putting unrealistic expectations on patients and employees.

I saw all these bad reviews and I felt compelled to share my positive experience. Went in at 7am on a Friday as a walk-in, and it looked like the wait would be an hour. I didn’t want to wait that long so I scheduled an appointment for the following Monday at 7am. They called my name a 7:03am, and I was on my way home 10 minutes later. Friendly staff, and I had my test results in less than 24 hours. It was a standard blood panel test so nothing complex.
Fina did a great job taking my blood draw today.
