The lab personnel are super but OhioHealth MyChart is no longer updated with test results, since Quest is processing the results. What a giant step backwards for OhioHealth, as past and trending results can no longer be compared. Shame on OhioHealth!
Always gave 5 stars when it was OhioHealth lab but Quest services get a #1. My husband gets monthly labs for a specific medication and the results were in my chart within an hour. He has always went to Shelby Hospital and they were great....always 5 stars. Now Quest says his blood is sent to Pennsylvania to be tested! Now the results are not in MyChart for over 24hrs. His first visit in 2024 when Quest took over the tech was rude because he didn't have his insurance card when it was in his OhioHealth information. He never br... read more
