Not easy to park or find for that matter, I would go to another location if possible.
I went there through Ohio health obgyn. They have charged random prices (2-5 times higher than the prices listed on their website) also have made multiple charges for same lab. For example my doc ordered lipid panel ( clostetrol , triglyceride, lipoprotein they all fall order this and this is even described in their own web, but they have listed price 59, however they have charged me 44 for cholesterol, lipoprotein 78, triglyceride 48. And for testosterone their price is 69 they have charged have charged me 500 for free test... read more
Quest has some of the most rude and aggressive employees I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ve never had any issues with this lab before. They’re rough and extremely mean.
Quest has some of the most rude and aggressive employees I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ve never had any issues with this lab before. They’re rough and extremely mean.
Ohio Health contracts Quest Diagnostics. Slow processing paperwork despite being there before under Quest.Slow turn around getting results. Less experienced people. Refused to have initial person draw blood. Have used Princess and she was great. The previous Ohio Health staff were ALL great. Plus used to be opened on weekends. Now only M-F. Probably will go elsewhere next time.
