By far the best experience completing a lab order. Staff was very courteous and very polite. Answered any questions I had with easy knowledgeable explanations. Even the ultrasound tech that was needed arrived quickly was very caring completing the task. Overall exceptional bunch of medical professionals. Highly recommended.
Beyond rude and uninformative. Each person will tell you something completely different. They will lose your labs or send them wrong (not refrigerate them and make them unusable). They clearly have no clue what they are doing.
