I went to this lab for a urine test, and three days later I was told that the test had been collected incorrectly. I had to go back and retake the test immediately. It’s now been over a week since the second test, and the result is still not available on MyQuest — not even as “in progress.” I called the main customer service line, and although they said they would follow up, they haven’t been able to reach the Columbus lab either. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience.
Don’t get your blood drawn here. These are the most incompetent phlebotomist you will ever deal with in your entire life. I don’t even think these people even had training. I have had my blood drawn three times here. Two times I had to ask them to wipe my arm with an alcohol wipe before sticking me. The last time they got my blood order wrong.
