This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Quest. They don’t keep to their scheduled appointment times, and I ended up waiting over an hour. What made it even more frustrating was that the office was closed for lunch, but appointments were still scheduled during that time. The staff was rude and dismissive, and when I asked about the delay, I was essentially told, “If you can’t wait, then go.” Delays happen, but poor scheduling and unprofessional customer service are unacceptable. I would not recommend this location.

They don't honor appointments so don't bother. I have personally pointed this out to them but they don't care. Ohio Health Hospital Systems sold their lab work to Quest and it's been awful. Ohio Health doesn't seem to care, either. By the way... take a look at the Google Reviews for Quest corporate - a 1.4 rating. Horrible.

This place is the worst. Don’t bother making an appointment—they don’t honor them and just take everyone, including walk-ins, in order of arrival. So what’s the point of scheduling ahead? There’s even a button you’re supposed to press if you have a timed test. After waiting 25 minutes, I pressed it because I did, in fact, have a timed test. They opened the door… and called the next walk-in instead. At that point, I had to leave. In the half hour I was there, only two patients were taken back for two phlebotomists. I came to this Quest location for lab work and was taken back seconds after I checked in and was completely finished in about 10 minutes. Most efficient, professional and pain free experience I’ve ever had for lab work. I believe the technician I had was Robin. She was extremely kind and did an excellent job. She was also very knowledgeable when I had a few questions. I would highly recommend this Quest location to others and will return in the future.
