This is the third time in a different location that I have used quest diagnostics. First was it utterly disaster The lady didn't know what she was doing. Second time I went. It was supposed to be lab. So I can have surgery and the gentleman didn't put it in correctly. So it was never done. So my surgery was delayed and that is not right. That's just totally incompetence. I drove 2 hours to get to a scheduled appointment at this Quest location and showed up only to see at the entrance that they closed for the day without any notice to me. They even sent my appointment confirmation text an hour beforehand. I’m traveling and urgently needed my lab work, unacceptable to not notify patients of that appointments have been cancelled. Don’t go to this location.
Quite slow getting through the queue. After about an hour left. I will try somewhere else next time.
Verrrrry slow service! It was great when we had ohio health!
