Run away. Went well before their lunch break (just after 11). Called me back after wait. Tech had no idea what she was doing. Dug around. Called for help. Lady over her said it was there lunch break and tried to give me a card to come back. Tip: don't call someone back if you don't plan to complete. Unprofessional. I already paid for this.
man, ohio health has really downgraded by switching to quest diagnostics for all their lab services. this lab used to be really nice and was staffed with the sweetest ladies who always took great care to make sure you felt safe. Now everything is super impersonal-you check in at a kiosk, the front desk is completely empty and papered over, so good luck if you have any questions or you need any help with check in. This was my second time at this location and I will not be back. Upon arrival you sign in on a tablet and there’s two options - Walk in or appointment. Both times I chose walk in, both times the computer told me that there was not availability until 3pm (I went around 11:30am both times). There’s nobody to talk to, you’re in a closed room. Had an appointment at 7:30. They arrive and open the doors at 7:50. She said "sorry about the wait, I couldn't get my hair right this morning."
Absolutely trash.Waited a hour to do a glucose test for pregnancy.After drinking the drink and waiting the regular hour.I walked up to the door and the door was locked!!! The supervisor was supposed to be in and was informed I was supposed to have my blood drawn.Literally Noone is in there and all lights are out.They wasted over 2 hours of my time and completely destroyed my test. 1000% will be contacting corporate about their trash location!
