The blood-draw staff are five-star, but Quest gets one star for gatekeeping my results for a week while handing them straight to my doctor. As the person paying the bills, I am the boss and shouldn't have to wait for my own data.
1 STAR — Absolutely Unacceptable Experience I have worked with clients in healthcare and behavioral health settings for years, and I have honestly never encountered someone in a medical setting who was as rude, abrasive, and unpleasant as the employee I dealt with here today. Waited over an hour for a walk-in lab appointment. The facility needs to be adequately staffed to handle the patient volume. The kiosk signed me in as a walk-in, and at least three other walk-in patients who checked in after me were called back before I was. The lab closes for a full hour for lunch, but they didn’t even reopen on time—it was around 1:20 p.m. before patients started being seen again. Quest has really tanked the service here. Made a fasting appointment for 910, didn't get seen until almost 10. I will be finding a non-quest site from here on out
Would do no star but won’t let me. Husband went July 3 @ 9am for lab work and place was closed. Nothing posted. Everywhere saying open, but place was dark
