Had an appointment at 7:30. They arrive and open the doors at 7:50. She said "sorry about the wait, I couldn't get my hair right this morning."
Absolutely trash.Waited a hour to do a glucose test for pregnancy.After drinking the drink and waiting the regular hour.I walked up to the door and the door was locked!!! The supervisor was supposed to be in and was informed I was supposed to have my blood drawn.Literally Noone is in there and all lights are out.They wasted over 2 hours of my time and completely destroyed my test. 1000% will be contacting corporate about their trash location!
I had a scheduled appointment at 7:45 a.m. and arrived on time, along with several others waiting in the parking lot. No one ever showed up to open the lab. We all sat there until 8:00 with no communication. Hours later, at 11:39 a.m., I received an email stating the location was closed for maintenance. I drive from Columbus to Lancaster for work and had to get up early to make this appointment, so to say I’m frustrated is an understatement. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate of patients’ time.
Waited 10 mins past 1 for doors to open
Usually, im scared of getting my blood taken in large amounts, but Clara Beane did such a good job that it didn't even hurt. She was very kind and nice. Her office was clean and welcoming, so it made you barely notice the prick. The needle slid in like butter, and as someone who had a lot of blood work throughout my life, she definitely knows what she's doing!! 💕 She's also an author! Double threat!
