Waited for about 5 seconds before being called in. Test was great and easy
Had a 915 appointment where I needed to fast when you checked in the system told me there will be a 25 minute wait at 10:05. I called and canceled the appointment because I couldn’t wait any longer. No point did anyone from quest diagnostics come out and apologize for the delay we were just expected to sit there and wait very unprofessional and a waste of time.
I had been coming to this location for over one year and had no complaints, but today was completely unacceptable. I had a scheduled appointment and arrived after fasting since the previous evening. The staff initially claimed they had no orders since March, but once I pulled up my MyChart evidence and started calling my doctor's office, they suddenly "found" them and printed out a massive stack of my private medical records, downplaying my valid privacy concerns.
