8:10 appointment (I was not late). People who checked in before me, but had 8:30 appointments were taken back first. I may need to leave for another appointment without getting labs done. (It is pushing an hour and I am still sitting in the lobby) The appointment time doesn't mean anything here, it is first come first serve. So, if you don't have time to sit around use a different facility.

First time using this Quest location and honestly, not a great experience. I always give a heads up before bloodwork that my body goes into a fight-or-flight response when getting blood drawn — I break out in sweats and usually need an ice pack on my neck. It’s not dramatic, it’s just how my body reacts, and every other healthcare professional I’ve dealt with has handled it professionally. This location does not prioritize appointments, at all. Don’t waste your time fighting with the automated system to make an appointment, it doesn’t matter. They take people back as they come in entirely regardless of appointment time.

Awful experience! I would never recommend this place. I had an appointment scheduled for 7:30 AM, but no one was there at that time; they are always late. People likely make appointments at this hour because they have work or classes in the morning.
