My wife and I arrived at Quest Diagnostics at approximately 8:30 a.m. for blood work. We were the only patients in the waiting area and had checked in for our 8:40 a.m. appointment. However, there was no one at the front desk. At approximately 8:44 a.m., I knocked on the door, and one of the employees came out and told me that her computer was not ready. Very nice place get in & out the staff is awesome keep up the good work
The staff was very friendly but there was no one at the front desk so had to check in at a kiosk. I had a 1:30pm appointment and wasn't seen until 1:50pm. Normally I don't mind waiting but they called someone else back before me who got there after I did and didn't have an appointment. Very disorganized.
Eboni was amazing friendly great conversation was in and out felt nothing ! Nice clean location
