Ebony is a BLESSING! I have a horrible needle anxiety and deal with it by singing while I'm getting blood drawn. Some lab techs are thrown off by this but Ebony not only took it in stride but jammed with me! I was dreading my glucose test for pregnancy and even more my tolerance test after I failed the first one. 5 blood draws in 2 days should be my nightmare, but her kind heart and warm personality made it so much easier! This facility is really quick with getting you in and out.
Great friendly staff in blood lab.
Had to have blood drawn and went here. Had been once before and they were great. Was a slight issue with the doctor's order and Jovina there took care of it. Thea took my blood and these ladies are awesome! Will use this lab every time! Thank you ladies! Just had to take my husband there for blood work. Once again these ladies are awesome. In the hospital they had a very hard time finding a vein and had to have someone come in with an ultrasound. Thea found one with no problem and no pain! I just had the best experience at the Lab with Thea! She totally made my day, made me comfortable, and was even able to poke me in the first try in my difficult arm! She was quick and efficient, and her joy (I was surprised because we all get a little grumpy on gross snowy days), her joy was absolutely contagious. I wasn’t even sure if the lab would be open with all this weather, and she was the only person working and I was the only patient and she made the experience enjoyable- and I hate having my blood drawn.
