The staff is efficient and good at what they do. You need to have someone available to answer the phone and a better system for receiving lab orders. It is so silly that you can’t call into see if your lab orders have arrived from your doctor. Pay enough people to do the work well. It is a basic need to be able to communicate with a person, much of my time has been wasted by the inability to communicate with site staff without driving in.
Came here within normal business hours to get my bloodwork done and no was available to do it.
The staff is so friendly and welcoming! I tend to feel faint when getting blood drawn and they made the experience quick, comfortable, and easy. Thank you!
