Wait time are awful. Staff was irritated to be at work I felt. Before quest, it was so efficient and actually pleasant.
Labs are now processed by Quest. The turnaround time for my bloodwork was 2 weeks and 2 days to be completed. Quest customer service is horrible. They posted someone else's labs to my portal and would not take a report without me staying on the phone and wasting my time helping them fix something I had nothing to do with. Posting someone else's results to my account is a clear HIPPA violation, but they did not seem to care. This lab is run by Quest now, and the wait times are horrendous. We were given an estimate of 28 minutes to wait on a weekday, but waited approximately 75 minutes. When we finally got called back, the staff didn't seem to know what they were doing or how to operate the computer system to add a provider/tests from a written order. She could also offer no council on how to view test results, which I figured out myself on the Quest app. I give 2 stars because she did an okay job drawing my daughter's blood.
Saturday hours start at 7 am? Kind of. Lights were on, doors were open, but there was no staff whatsoever. One person in the waiting area who signed in at 725. I signed in at 735. She said she went over to the desk (emergency room) and they told her to go back and wait because staff was there. I called the lab number twice and left messages. I had to have blood work done, I checked in and within minutes I was called back for the draw. I always get nervous because normally I am a hard stick, But Sarah did a wonderful job with only one poke. Thank you!
