Absolutely worthless location. Multiple times we've scheduled a Saturday appointment for blood work only to find out no one shows up for work. Place is closed and we are left in limbo without even the courtesy of a phone call. Shame on Berger Health for allowing this substandard operation inside of their facility.
Didn’t have staffing for the second time in a row, they suck and so does Berger hospital for contracting with them
We have our blood work there and they are always nice and quick. They definitely know how to draw blood without a hassle and pain
Quick and polite service! Made my appointment through Quest Labs. Arrived a few minutes early, checked-in. I was in and out within 5 minutes.
I went to the lab in the hospital quest is what it’s called now but They were pretty quick when I went and friendly I think his name is Dave or Danny he was taking my blood but he was so sweet and attentive & got my blood draw done quick he’s the best. I’ve never met a nicer or better phlebotomist than him wish he could do my blood draw every time. He actually cares for the patients. My tests also came back pretty quick just waiting on one. He definitely went above and beyond my expectations.
