Quick and polite service! Made my appointment through Quest Labs. Arrived a few minutes early, checked-in. I was in and out within 5 minutes.
I went to the lab in the hospital quest is what it’s called now but They were pretty quick when I went and friendly I think his name is Dave or Danny he was taking my blood but he was so sweet and attentive & got my blood draw done quick he’s the best. I’ve never met a nicer or better phlebotomist than him wish he could do my blood draw every time. He actually cares for the patients. My tests also came back pretty quick just waiting on one. He definitely went above and beyond my expectations.
Made an appointment which was worthless still had to sit and wait for 40 mins .. all to find out they don’t do quest blood orders here … completely worthless
Wait time are awful. Staff was irritated to be at work I felt. Before quest, it was so efficient and actually pleasant.
Labs are now processed by Quest. The turnaround time for my bloodwork was 2 weeks and 2 days to be completed. Quest customer service is horrible. They posted someone else's labs to my portal and would not take a report without me staying on the phone and wasting my time helping them fix something I had nothing to do with. Posting someone else's results to my account is a clear HIPPA violation, but they did not seem to care.
