I had to take my 5 day old infant there and the lady who was taking her blood was consistently sniffling and coughing to the point I asked if she was sick and said she was sick a couple weeks ago and she blamed it on allergies.. while she might have allergies (I doubt it with the way she sounds) when dealing with an infant or any one with a compromised immune system PUT ON A MASK if you are actively sounding disgusting and hacking and coughing and sniffing and refusing to wear a mask it is completely unprofessional and putti... read more
Used to be the nicest most polite and helpful group. Not any more. The new staff is rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. Guess I need to find a new lab.
Very long wait time when you've scheduled an appointment.
Absolutely worthless location. Multiple times we've scheduled a Saturday appointment for blood work only to find out no one shows up for work. Place is closed and we are left in limbo without even the courtesy of a phone call. Shame on Berger Health for allowing this substandard operation inside of their facility.
Didn’t have staffing for the second time in a row, they suck and so does Berger hospital for contracting with them
