I found no dignity or professionalism! Use another lab!! This rating is as much about the phlebotomist, as it is the greater corporation of Quest Diagnostics. Since these labs were recently Ohio Health Labs, now owned by Quest, client care is at a minimum and profit seeking, above all else, is the sole focus, sadly. I am currently uninsured. Lana was very friendly and professional. I did make appointment online. But understand we have to wait till someone available. Service for Phlebotomy is way better than before.
I have always had a great experience here. Very friendly staff.
