Checked in on the kiosk to have blood drawn. Nobody at the check in window but I'm currently listening to the employee having a meeting via phone with the other person on speaker while 3 of us waited to be seen...
I've been having to get labs every two weeks for months now, and previously this location was reliably fast and with accurate phlebotomists. They have recently implemented an electronic check-in after switching to using Quest labs and it is now horrendously slow. I went from waiting a max 15 minutes for labs, to waiting up to an hour when I go now. I've had to abandon the wait on more than one occasion because otherwise I'd be late to work.
