I can’t say that I’ve ever had a poor experience with an ohio health radiology team , but this was definitely different. Darshana Patel was the CT staff member who did my advanced imaging today. I can say I’ve never felt more informed and treated as respectfully as she did today. She was equally as proficient as empathetic. She explained the iv placement to the machine and purpose for every step. Thank you so much for your kindness.
Cathlin was so sweet and made me feel at ease my whole appointment!
From 5/2021 The front desk seemed frantic to figure out how much I owed and what they needed to collect, and the tech was not very kind.
