I went to this ER 11/6/2025 needing teeth extractions (scheduled 11/7/2025. At the consult appt I asked due to me being unable to keep anything down would it be wise to get a IV antibiotic with Zofran to hopefully help my situation, yes it would be helpful. W Lee, PA came into the room & when asked I told him what was suggested. He immediately asked “who said that, the receptionist”??? He was ‘done’ dealing with me. Never came back in the room. Today was my first visit to this hospital - experienced an injury at work. Upon my arrival, I was met by their Asset Protection Officer. Unfortunately I did not get his name, but he lacked empathy, kindness, and connection. For a hospital, you’d think they’d employ friendlier faces in the front. Really great staff. Nicole was a wonderful nurse and doctors were friendly and informative. Thanks for taking great care of me!
