My wife and I have always had excellent service here. As seniors with multiple issues, we have never waited more than ten minutes to be seen in the ER and when my wife was admitted she received great care and her room was big and clean and comfortable. I was able to stay over night with her on a fold out bed. By the time she left she was in love with everyone - nurses, lab techs, radiology techs, respiratory techs, house keeping staff and she even loved the food!

Вчора була тут вперше, звернулась з запаленням вуха у відділення швидкої допомоги, отримала допомогу, але час очікування був дуже великим, з сильним болем та температурою, сиділа понад 2 години в коридорі.

Not a great experience! The bathroom I went into was disgusting. I threw up all over myself and basically had to beg the nurses to get me new clothes. I had to ask for every little thing. Very lazy nurses!

I had my left hip replaced at OhioHealth Grove City Methodist 7/27/2026. The best experience of my life. Thank you, Mike, Danielle, Marie, Dr Kolich, Becky, Abby, Sadio, Aria, Darlene, Lori, Kim, Amber. I counted 29 direct care givers just for me. Leadership visited my room twice during my overnight stay. Thank you all for my expert care and sincere compassion.

Came in for something relatively simple. Waited, waited and waited. Left aggravated with no resolution. Triage nurse was good.
