Will never return to this location. The front desk lady would not even acknowledge that I was there. There was no one else in the waiting room and she kept looking at her computer screen. I was standing there for about 5 minutes with my arms bleeding and in excruciating pain and she didnt say anything to me. I then asked her if i needed to ring the bell for service at that time she said she will be with me in a minute. AVOID. They will bill you for the facility first, which is where your copay goes, and then you will get another bill also for the doctor that is working there. So it will be double what you expect. Then they work with TEAMHEALTH and they will bill you for the wrong level of service and refuse to revise it. All around a terrible experience especially when i used them to help my sick 2 year old in the middle of the night, hoping i wouldn't be gouged as I had health insurance for these moments in life.

I would give negative rating if availed. Staff is unprofessional especially telephone staff. Nurses are lacking lot of medical knowledge, except Williams, he has good knowledge, staff is very rude, avoid this place or else waste of money. They do not know difference between ER and urgent in terms of medical. Response is very rude. Millions of times waste of money at this place if you visit.

I would give them a zero if I Could. This is the worst experience I have ever witnessed from any facility that claims to provide healthcare services. Nearly 6 hours of waiting with severe abdominal pains that have continued to worsen. No one has seen us and we have only received excuses about no beds being available. I guess you can’t give care without a bed. This facility should be razed and rebuilt by some organization that actually plans on providing healthcare in their emergency room department

Third World care at First World prices. If you are looking for a place to wait twelve hours for emergency care and another day to be admitted, in a waiting room where most patients are lying on the floor for lack of seats, where periodic fights break out that require the intervention of numerous armed security officers and where food and water are not available and patients who go in search of these forfeit their places in line, this place is for you.

The personnel at OhioHealth Emergency Care are kind, caring, competent, knowledgeable and compassionate. I arrived in considerable pain. While waiting for my turn to see the medical staff, the staff of the waiting area did all they could to make me comfortable. The medical staff did relieve my pain with expertise and skill. They followed up by sending a detailed message to the surgeon dealing with my issue. I highly recommend Ohio Health Emergency Care for anyone in distress.

This is the worst ER that I have ever been to stay far away, horrible experience. I did not receive proper medical attention and some of staff notes were incorrect and untruthful. Such a disappointment when someone lies in their notes about what really happened in the ER just to cover themselves because they failed to do their job correctly. They will charge you for literally just walking through the door, (Facility fee, ER RM, staffing, etc.) the higher the level of care the more expensive your charges will be. You will als... read more
