I came in there tonight with issues of my blood pressure, blood sugar and having back pain and frequent urination. The majority of the staff were ok and did their jobs with no issues but that doctor tonight was freaking ridiculous. Testing me for kidney stones then coming in and looking at me confused when I asked him what my blood sugar levels were and he looked confused. The ER deserves 0 stars. I took my son in for a barky cough they they tested him for the flu and strep and completely ignored my concerns about the cough. Pushed it under the rug didn't even prescribe him anything for the cough. Granted he tested positive for the flu and strep and what they did prescribe would not help the cough, but I had to take him else where the next day because the cough turned into heavy breathing and wheezing. Went in for my son with a terrible cough, there was a few people in front of us but the wait was not long and the staff and doctor were all so pleasant! We were in and out with answers to help out little one get better! Highly recommend

We could not have been treated any better. The entire staff was prompt, friendly, helpful, answered all our questions and most of all took great care of my very sick wife. I would highly recommend Ohio Health Ashland if you need medical help. We sincerely want to thank the staff that cared for her!!! God bless all of them!!!
