Went in for my son with a terrible cough, there was a few people in front of us but the wait was not long and the staff and doctor were all so pleasant! We were in and out with answers to help out little one get better! Highly recommend

We could not have been treated any better. The entire staff was prompt, friendly, helpful, answered all our questions and most of all took great care of my very sick wife. I would highly recommend Ohio Health Ashland if you need medical help. We sincerely want to thank the staff that cared for her!!! God bless all of them!!!

I went into the ER last night after an oral surgery Wednesday that caused complications. From the moment I stepped in the door the care I received was top notch. I truly appreciated everything the team did for me last night. Very kind and great communication “this shot is for XYZ, here’s a pinch and burn from the medication”. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this location. My daughter who has autism was there multiple times for issues relating to an ear infection. Not only were they helpful and took our concerns seriously, they were incredibly kind and patient. 5 stars all the way.
