Lab Services are in the 4850 building and I guess are not open Sat which was a big fat waste of my time as I got there at 9am and all the doors were locked. Ohio Health needs to update their website.
I'm giving this 5 stars because when I went there the staff was great dr. Jennings is super nice everyone was very helpful. However when I got a call back the lady on the phone was so rude mean and just unprofessional. She actually hung up on me while I was trying to explain my situation to her and when I called back she told me that she couldn't talk to me and would have someone call me back
