I arrived to Ohio Health Dublin Methodist ER Department Hospital at 4:30pm, check-in probably took 10-15mins I was experiencing chest pain, numbness to the left hand, numbness and tingling to my lip and face, and from my knees and down, swelling, numbness, some pain and tingling to my legs, which was throughly explained to the check-in desk and the triage nurse. The ERPerson on the phone was rude condensending and hung up on me. I was trying to decide to go to get good quality care. That should not happen in todays society... she needs a new job
