In 30 years I have never experienced such expedient and high quality service. From the Security Officer to the Doctor themselves the standard of care was extraordinary. Within an hour the staff accomplished what usually takes 3-5 hours where I previously lived. Absolutely outstanding experience and very confidence building.
I work as a healthcare worker and I wanna say as a patient. This is by far the best place to go if you wanted be treated right. Everyone is nice and efficient with their job. Yes you wait a while for radiologist to read your imaging yes there is one tech there but you know what everyone is kind. That speaks volumes! Ohio health has always been one of my favorite hospital systems because they are one of the few that pushes patient care still. So happy to have brought my husband here.

I wish I could give negative stars. Do NOT come to this ER if you care about your life. I went there for peeing thick dark blood. They did no test and told me I had a UTI and sent me away. I went to an ER in Columbus and found out I had KIDNEY CANCER. I was in the hospital in Columbus for TEN days and had to have my kidney removed. My kidney was hemorrhaging and if I listen to the Ohio Health Dr I don’t know if I would be alive. Your lack of concern and compassion is absolutely a disgrace to your profession
Going to the Emergency room to visit someone and bring them a cellphone charger on 06/26/2024 around 2am the security guard up front barged into the patient room accusing everyone of having Cannabis (Marijuana) . We told him No we don’t have drugs . The Security guard said “You are the only patients here and I smelled it “ After we all looked at him like he was an idiot he walked out of the room .
