My mother had an injection appointment. She had her teeth pulled a week before and nobody informed us that if you had any teeth removed, you couldn’t get a shot so I walked in and they told us to go upstairs. I am a very professional person and experienced healthcare worker. A Registered Nurse by profession. The first impression is the best impression. If this place will allow racists to run their medical center it needs to be closed down. The receptionist is a cold hearted person to brown skinned women. I slept overnight about this review and came to conclusion that she should be exposed. I am not using my own name, because people are people, you never know who will retaliate. First, the workers here are nice. My complaint isn’t about them. I get infusions every certain amount of time, and it boils down to a cost of about $77,000 every four weeks. Most people cannot afford this. I noticed that when I stopped being able to afford these infusions, they started to “punish” me by putting me in smaller and smaller rooms. Recently had a scan done here and had the kindest calmest nurse caring for me and doing my scan. I was slightly anxious and she put my mind completely at ease. It was the best experience.
