My mammography tech, Rachel, was so kind and made the experience so much more comforting for me. My results were done quickly. I’ll never go anywhere else!
Literally impossible to get people on the phone. I always have trouble scheduling my infusions here. Really frustrating when I can't get the healthcare I need.
Completely rude and mostly unprofessional staff. I came here with my daughter to be her support person and they would not even allow me to go back with her because it is their "Protocol". What a slap in the face...it was like the lady was on some kind of power trip by telling people they could not go back to be a support person. Do not go here for mammograms. I have never been in pain after a mammogram and it hurts to lift my arm. Those technicians should not be working there. It’s unacceptable.
My mother had an injection appointment. She had her teeth pulled a week before and nobody informed us that if you had any teeth removed, you couldn’t get a shot so I walked in and they told us to go upstairs. We go upstairs and they told us we were supposed to check in downstairs so I left my mom upstairs took me like 15 minutes to get checked in went back upstairs. my mom is already back there.
