Edit : Just had a correspondance to help with our issues with the office and they are trying to help us out. Considering my interactions with everyone here. Everyone here has always been very nice that I have dealt with from start to finish at least. The first case worker was nice too even though we had some issues and needed a new one.

Edit in response to owner : I already called your "clients rights officer" a couple weeks ago... it wouldve been nice to get a resolve when I did. Hopefully you have another means to resolve this? On top of also being on a "waiting list" for a therapist. Im on a waiting list for a different case worker because the first one was very unprofessional too, but don't want to air those concerns here... I tried coming here. They make nothing but excuses for not finding you services. No scheduling. Just words and promises? I spent months waiting for a therapist to be told to go elsewhere becasue they couldnt schedule me? Ive never been to a medical outfit that couldnt put someone on a schedule before.
