Best Therapy I've ever received
They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Then when they call you back they call unknown. If you miss an appointment they cancel your medication and not to mention that the appointments are two minutes of “are you suicidal? Is the medication working? Awesome! I’ll renew and see you in two months” why can’t we do this over the phone? Why does getting help have to be so tedious and so difficult? You’re supposed to be helping us not making us want to give up but you’re part of the issue, oh my gosh.
The employees are fine, they're kind and patient with my children.
