Been coming here for years. Sold to a new doctor about a year ago. So the ear piece pulled out of the 2 month old frames, it was the metal hinge pulled out of the plastic. We went to office to get it repaired and was told it was stepped on and wasn't a warranty repair. I don't think so.....I was stand right there when they fell apart. Well we won't fix it under warranty, but since your previous exam was in 2018 you can get your 2019 exam and get new glasses now. Hmm, sounds kinda dicey......
