I don’t know what it is with people and just naturally being rude, but maybe hire better employees!
Got new glasses here, and it was a disaster. Someone used metal pliers to force the lenses into the frames, damaging the frames in the process while trying to 'fix' them. On top of that, I can't even see out of them—the lenses are completely wrong. When I asked for a fix, they told me they don't give refunds on lenses. Three strikes, you're out. Beware: they are nice at first, but the actual service is total degeneracy. Dec 2 2025

First time patient and I am so glad I scheduled here. From the moment I walked in the door, everyone I interacted with was pleasant, happy and welcoming. The doctor and her assistant were the best and explained everything to me including breaking down the price with my insurance to help me understand.
