*Update: I was promptly contacted by the office the day after submitting my review and the person that called was very apologetic and helpful. Apparently, quite a few patients in a similarly urgent situation have made appointments here, as it seems to be the only optometry office in a wide area that has a reasonable wait time for an exam. I called to set up an appointment for contacts before I had to leave town for a little while. I got one set up for two weeks after I called which was one day before I had to leave. I went on the day they said that my appointment was and they told me that I didn't have an appointment scheduled and they couldn't see me until Monday. Very unprofessional. I will be looking for a new vision center. I have gone 4 weeks without being able to see correctly due to their clerical error.
They are polite and professional. Got my prescription right the first time. The gentleman who helped us with our glasses is very knowledgeable.
