Bus driver will not trun ac off and so many ppl on bus ask trun off it raining out ppl going get sick and call bus company and they never did nothing called them 13 must ago never even called the bus diver so wen we get sick it in the bus company and they will pay my medical bills 1pm Ryland bus

Can’t call or they’ll hang up on you for raising a complaint. Rarely on time, drivers are rude and on their own time. You’re an inconvenience to them despite this being the job they signed up for. Bus garage is no better punishing the drivers.

When I first moved here almost two years ago,most of the driver’s were nice and helpful not anymore. You ask them a question about the route as though everyone knows about where they are going. They are public servants and need to know the routes. These buses are nasty, when are they cleaned? I am a regular and someone needs to be accountable for the cleanliness of these buses. RIDICULOUS!

Bill one driving elm grove bus need watch what he says putting people in wheelchairs down that is wrong and disrespectful and disgusting not all people in chairs can walk and saying when they stat in the chairs it takes off there life this is so rude something really needs done with theses driver bec keeps up i going start vidoe taping them and taking to the better business and report discrimination
