Nice facilities..clean with friendly therapist. How ever they do not go far enough in the treatment of patients, it would help immeasurably if they imployed a licensed massage therapist. As it is now the treatment only goes half way.
After 6 weeks of PT for back pain, I am feeling so much better. The facility is clean& very well organized & I highly recommend Ohio Valley PT! A big shout out to Tony my pta. Very professional, personable, & very knowledgeable about what PT I needed. Thanks Tony!!!
Absolutely couldn’t recommend Ohio valleys physical therapy department MORE, they are INCREDIBLY helpful with any issues I come to them with and lindsay and Johnny are probably the nicest people I’ve met in my entire life but also the most educated. They explain everything to you in ways you can understand, remember you and your case, and are willing to work with you to get you back to where you want to be and NEED to be with simple exercises to start and build you up until you can function at a normal range again! Great service,staff menber know job and very friendly
Someone in their scheduling department incompetent. I was given a schedule at my first visit and someone in error changed one of my appointments, Ohio valley failed to acknowledge their mistake. During flu season when they were short staffed they needed to reschedule my appointment and I was understanding and willing to do so. But when I got the flu they released me from my plan. Due to no shows when were incorrect and their fault. It’s a hard no for me about returning
