Someone in their scheduling department incompetent. I was given a schedule at my first visit and someone in error changed one of my appointments, Ohio valley failed to acknowledge their mistake. During flu season when they were short staffed they needed to reschedule my appointment and I was understanding and willing to do so. But when I got the flu they released me from my plan. Due to no shows when were incorrect and their fault. It’s a hard no for me about returning
Came here for pelvic floor therapy during pregnancy for helping my pelvic floor and tailbone pain. Savannah and Kimberly are amazing, kind, and patient. The exercises they have me do have helped so much. I would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with incontinence or pain during pregnancy.
