Fast, convenient service! I placed an order online on Monday and our propane was delivered that Friday. I love that they offer promotions throughout the year. I took advantage of the 0.25 cents off a gallon.
I’ve been with this company for more than 20 years. Today, I called to have the rented tank picked up bc we bought our own. They want to charge me $419 to pick up their own equipment. I’ve rented and paid for the tank for 20+ years. This company has horrible customer service and charges way more for propane than other companies. terrible pricing compared to other local companies, at least 75 cents a gallon higher. Not very quick on dleivery, one time it had been over 2 weeks since i ordered and i canceled, then they delivered anyway to the amount of 50 gallon in my 1000 gallon tank. Really? They had to eat that bill..............call the local ofice for issues and it goes to the customer service center who knows where, with people you cannot understand!
