They have no time for “problem child” repairs. Her words to me when they canceled my service appointment. That’s ok. Cash spends your service sucks! Oh wait...it doesn’t exist!!
We recently bought our second vehicle at valley. The whole experience was great. We did a trade in and the sales people down to the mechanics we friendly and very helpful. I will use them when we need another vehicle
Absolutely rude and horrible service!!!!! I even have the employee to hang up on me after him telling me that the guy that works on transmissions was going on vacation and that I would not be able to drop it off because they weren't going to babysit my car!!! They refused to help me get a rental!!! And was by far the worlds worst dealers do not deal with them!!!
They told me they don't work on diesels. How do you sell Ford diesel trucks but not service them? Real lame.
My family and I had dealt with this company all my life! I bought a NEW Ford 350 here in 2004! After a week of waiting for service, they will NOT work on my Lincoln MKS! They sell Lincoln's because we almost bought one here! Thank God we didn't! I will NEVER buy anything here again!
Friendly staff and kept us up to date with what was happening to our vehicle. Customer waiting area was very comfortable. Well pleased with the service department. We've had our vehicle repaired here for three different issues. I would recommend.
