Nice people. Large waiting room with bathroom. Most chairs have armrests so if you're a big person you will have to look for the chairs with no armrests. There is a small number of them. Easy access for wheelchairs or walkers. They do have automatic doors to get in and out. Handicap parking available. Usually not real busy. Doctor Smith is wonderful. Good bedside manner. Very caring. I really like him.

Called to get in with ear pain can’t get in for three weeks because the receptionist is following the dumbest guidelines.
