I can’t begin to tell you how impressed we were with Ohio Valley Electric. Megan and Daniel were absolutely amazing. We have a warranty company and Megan went above and beyond to make sure it was covered. The warranty company kept denying a service that should have been covered and Megan was relentless in having our backs. She put herself in our shoes and said you pay for that service and it’s a covered issue. Had a home warranty claim for a couple ceiling fans. They sent out Ohio Valley. Easy to work with and they made the process simple, and installed the new fans the same day.
Were able to come out the same day to fix my dryer outlet and check the breaker. Did the work quickly and explained the work needed. Very friendly and helpful. Priced reasonably.
Dan came out when we used our warranty for some issues. He was super informative and went above and beyond for us. Thanks!
