I saw a lot of negative reviews and needed to give kudos to all the staff, NPs, and PAs. I have been seeing this group for almost a year now and have never had a bad experience. I've visited both the Weirton and the Steubenville locations. My husband has also been seen at the Highlands location, but that's a story for another day.
I went in for two minor skin irritation sites. No doctor but an NP took one glance at both sites and decided to biopsy. The biopsies were huge chucks of my skin - far uglier than the minor irritations. Then they billed me $400 for the biopsies which was after I had provided insurance and a co pay. Additionally I needed to pay for a second visit to discuss results which really weren’t anything major and could have surely been discussed over the phone.
They were able to get me in right away because there was a cancelation which was perfect. The staff was friendly and the dermatologist was fast and knowledgeable. Great visit.
