Terrible doctor who recommended a medicine that every other doctor said was NOT to be used. DESTROYED skin.
These people should not be allowed to have a practice as its a JOKE. The nurse practitioner and the doctor I had yesterday give dermatologists a horrible reputation. Will not recommend and will not return. Reporting to the corporate office and following up with the Better Business Bureau.
Alicia Hathaway misdiagnosed me. Would not look at my wounds. Would not listen too me. She labeled me a “skin picker” and my wounds would not heal. I was concerned about a secondary infection due to the cream she had me lather all over the open wounds. That’s when they changed. She yelled at me. She had me put sticky paper on the worst of it. I had my first dermatology appointment ever and I was very nervous. The girls made me very comfortable and the NP Alecia was great. Everything was explained well to me and the girls at the desk Bree and Patty were very nice. Becky roomed me and she was very thorough and sweet. Ashley called me with my test results quickly and explained everything to me! Very pleased with this office and the employees!
I've been to 3 different dermatologist in the past and Ohio Valley Dermatology is the best. All of the girls that work there are always so nice. The nurse practitioner is excellent. She really knows a lot about skin, and is very informative. She pointed things out i should be keeping an eye on and what to look for in the future. I haven't got the chance to meet the Dr. but I hear he is very good a what he does.
