I have been extremely dissatisfied with the communication, professionalism and respect from this company. The owner, Brian Bullard, provided me an estimate for a deck remodel and roof addition. I paid over 60% down payment, and 3 weeks later all that’s to show is a torn down deck and a mess to cleanup. Brian has had no communication and has showed no intention in completing the job. I have reached out countless times. At this point I am just asking for a refund of the payment as I do not trust this company or the owner.

We had OVC do a kitchen remodel and we couldn't be happier and more satisfied with the way it turned out. These guys really know what they are doing. We already have got back on their schedule for a new deck this spring. If you want professionalism, outstanding work, and a company that will take care of you then these guys are for you! Update: Guys came back for the deck project and once again knocked it out of the park! Highly recommend!!!

Ohio Valley did a bathroom remodel. After about 3 months, shower began to leak. Owner sent someone out to do some additional caulking. Started leaking in same place 2 months later. Owner has not returned calls, texts or voicemails. Have had to contact another company to come fix problem.

Edit: Five months ago, Brian asked for me to do a Google review. I have reluctantly chosen to make edits to this review as I know how important they can be to a business. However, we have been so disappointed in the quality of work from Ohio Valley Contracting. We have noticed smaller issues; loose door handles, broken window latches, etc. We chose to overlook those concerns.
