I've had two vehicle loans from here and have always been very happy with them. I paid my last one off and financed another one after. So I've been banking here for about seven years. They have always been friendly and helpful... I even got in a bind once and my payment was going to be late and they worked with me and helped me thru it.. I only have my auto loans with them but they have always been great to me!! I wish more were like them..
I have an account there. I can take a polygraph test to what I am about to say, the branch manager dislikes Veterans. I put a legitimate check into my account, he placed a hold on it and told me I could use my card to pay my bills. He knew I would be late and he knew I am a disabled veteran. He openly admitted he wasn't helping me cause I am a Veteran. I told him, it is alright, we have the freedom of choice. What I didn't know, he lied to me because I am a Disabled Veteran. The absolute worst bank I've ever had in my entire life. Best piece of advise I can give you do not finance $1 from them or bank with them. They say they are a credit union Members Bank but they are the worst bank I would give them 0 stars if I could
This place is the absolute worst when I comes to auto loans would not recommend
