I can only speak for my experience. A couple great instructors, some okay instructors, but lots of mediocre ones. Subpar facilities and equipment/instruments. I feel like I both bought my degree and worked too hard for it. Would not recommend, but I'm sure there's worse somewhere.
Great place to get an education and learn to be an adult!
