Confused? I called to ask how much it would be to use this title company. They said it would be a few days to Email me a quote. A few days? This is the real estate business and we're trying to buy a property.

I bought a foreclosed home. The bank required I use Ohio Title Corp instead of my preferred title company. After closing I received 2 years of back water bills totaling over $1,000. After multiple conversations with Tracy at Ohio Title Corp she refused to correct their mistake and have the bank pay the bills. The water company would not turn on the water until the past due balance was paid. So I paid it. The water company said they get calls all the time from title companies asking for account balances. Not a fan of the "no gun zone" situationthey have posted. Heavy security and cameras inside. An armed society is a polite society.
