Has to be one of the best customer service teams I’ve dealt with. Ashely has helped on quite a few occasions. Always gets things resolved and orders placed quickly! I recommend using OTS!
Terrible experience. Very low quality and multiple weeks waiting for delivery. Extremely expensive. Antlers are unable to be mounted due to no headboard. Not a quality product
