Dropped into the gym for the week when I was in town. All the coaches were so welcoming. I would definitely recommend this gym.

We had the pleasure of visiting this gym prior to the CrossFit Age Group Games. From the minute we walked in, we were offered friendship, help and support. The facility is amazing with top class equipment and coaches. Jess and Nick coached our sessions and were wonderful. We also found out that Ryan does his own programming which we really enjoyed…. A well constructed combination of strength and cardio with moves designed to support the development of skills. Thank you so much. Pat and Steve from Australia

I dropped in at Ohio Strength and had a great experience! The gym is spacious, well equipped, and very clean. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere made it easy to feel comfortable right away. Definitely a place I’d recommend to anyone looking for a solid spot to train.
