I was only in Columbus for 7 weeks but had a great time training at Ohio Strength. It was my first time doing CrossFit, and they were welcoming and spent time describing correct form.
I started attending classes at Ohio Strength a month ago to be closer to my work, and have had such a positive experience so far. All the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and kind. As a new client, I felt comfortable right away and welcomed by clients who had clearly been going there for multiple years . Someone showed me where to find all the needed equipment and quickly answered my initial questions. Thank you for a great week of drop-ins! Traveling from Chicago, I was looking for a friendly box. Ohio Strength had welcoming staff, tons of hours, and the facility is amazing. Not only is there ample equipment and space, but it's clean and well kept. The community clearly takes pride in their space. Overall, whenever I'm in Columbus I'm coming back. Thank you!!!
