She explained everything thoroughly, and made the process easy. The unit was clean, and easy to access. I would definitely recommend them..
I've been renting storage units for 25 years or so and this was the best storage facility I've used! Well lit, clean units, spacious drives for backing up. They also have online access to your account for payments and autopay feature. I was able to move in, move out and handle my rental all online. I was able to communicate with customer service via email for my move-out date. Just such a wonderful painless process. Thanks again!!
