This establishment is clearly okay with grand theft as they refuse to assist a customer who trusted their belongings with them. If they truly cared, they would ***willingly*** comply with the investigation. They clearly have something to hide....

Don’t Store your stuff here. There’s a good chance your stuff will be stolen. Had it happen to me right before Christmas. When I reached out to them about getting access to the camera footage, they just told me I didn’t pay for the extra insurance and then they wouldn’t be able to help me. Please stay away from this horrible place so you don’t have that happen to you as well.

This place is highly sketchy. Not only was there theft out of my storage unit. But they refused to cooperate with or share footage with the police to help find who did it. If you want your stuff broken into and no way to get it back this is the place for you. A joke of a company and I would only presume someone on the team of them is part of the theft. Why else would they not help.

Don't use this place unless you are Ok with your stuff mysteriously disappearing from your storage unit. They refused to release security footage and wouldn't do anything about the theft. 0 out of 10 would not recommend.

Napoleon’s Stor N Lock has given me a very good experience. Every time I have a question, Jess is very helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure that I have what I need. She also became a superhero by championing the rescue of a poor little kitty that must have found his way in an open unit. She contacted unit renters and ask them to check their units for the cat and because of this, the cat was found and given a wonderful home. Thank you, Jess for all that you do!
