Jess was extremely helpful! I was on a waiting list for a unit in Fostoria and she was quick to let me know when one came available. She answered all of my questions, provided some advice on the best way to store my items and really took the time to make sure I felt informed. She's super nice and helpful. I'm so glad I decided to rent from Ohio Store and Lock! Thank you.

Jess is absolutely amazing! Shes very helpful, friendly, and cooperative. Her customer service skills are out of this world and make me feel like family. She keeps me here at Ohio Loc n Stor! Definitely 5 stars for her!

Newer facility for storing your belongings. We used them for a year while we renovated the house. They could care a little more about access to the units and put some more gravel around them. They finally fixed the big pond near the entrance(sort of) and put pea gravel in the hole! All was good until we unloaded the unit and noticed we had some mice that had gotten into the unit and nested and chewed up some of our belongings.
