I didn’t want to give them a start they don’t stand buy their work, the Forman Chad was rude and even after I ask them not to send him out he returned. They cut my cable line my son works from home, then they broke my utility tub, didn’t inform me. Very pleased with the job Ohio State Waterproofing performed for us. The workers really did a great job and DeAngelo was very informative throughout the whole process.

Excellent customer service. Through out the initial visit, Amanda Ballentine was professional as well as educational and encouraging. A pleasure to have in my home. I really appreciated the extra step to have Todd Pocek come as a follow inspite of my current inability to proceed with the service. I was given several options to consider. I would definitely recommend this company.

What impresses me most is how Ohio State Waterproofing has handled those problems. I do not judge a ... read more
