Hello, if you have problems in your basement, get in touch with Ohio State Waterproofing! Best company ever. I had my basement done and the only thing that occurred was a replacement of a sump pump was needed.which requires NO SERVICE CHARGE!!! You must pay a yearly fee for a maintenance warranty !! This cost is next to nothing compared to other services of this type. AND as long as your fee is paid yearly, you are covered for life. My basement is dry and usable again.
