Their scheduling dept is the worst. They show zero concern and zero compassion. My husband had a near fatal accident 2 months ago. While he was still in the hospital some brilliant person at OSU scheduled him for an outpatient appt at this clinic. He missed the appt because he was STILL IN THE HOSPITAL. When he was finally sent home (after 2 months), I called the clinic and was told by Ricky that I needed a referral from the rehab facility. They were quick to test and treat you.
Staff were true professionals, caring, and very knowledgeable. They explained the procedure and answered all my questions and concerns.
Dr. Moore was awesome! Great about explaining options and set up a plan for alleviating the problem.
