I have been trying to get in to see Urology doctor four months I have had two infections went to OSU ER for one of them almost became septic. My OB has been sending request to be seen the lady that does scheduling has no idea what she’s doing. I made an appointment for January. I made the appointment back in October November. Called to reschedule my husband appt to get his catheter changed and was told he cant been seen till September because all providers are booked up. So he is suppose to wait 3 months to change his tube. Absolutely not. Lady who answered the phone was absolutely rude and nasty.
One screw up after the next. They mess up my meds and care all the time. They never own their mistakes, and there are many.
The most hateful group of medical providers I've ever had to deal with, besides the Ohio State Orthopedic group. Avoid at all costs.
