The Ohio State Martha Morehouse Outpatient Care has been beautifully remodeled reflecting the ever-changing medical landscape. Humbly grateful to have a medical team working diligently. It's heartfelt being heard and included in healthcare decisions. Was so delighted to see Martha's portrait hanging on the same wall. O-H-I-O
No one answers the phone in a timely manner. Waiting over 5 minutes on hold before talking to a human being.
It's extremely unsanitary with rude staff. There is trash on the floor in the ER and no patient advocates
