Be very careful with billing. One of my claims was not submitted to my insurance. The operator tried to argue with me, then reluctantly accepted my insurance company's request to be contacted about my claim. Please, OSU, hire employees who are competent and who don't try to make patients feel bad in addition to the challenges they are already facing.
Don’t buy hearings aids here, they charge for adjusting. Go to hearing stores that clean and adjust for the life of your hearing aid.
This place sucks. Waited for over an hour and a half and my daughter still didnt get to see the dr.
Absolutely do not see Dr. Fatoumata Yanoga. She missed a leaking vessel during my laser surgery that caused essentially cholesterol deposits in the back of my eye. Now I have partial blindness in my right eye and fortunately Dr. Suelves has tried repairing her mistake for over 1.5 years now with monthly eye injections and additional laser surgery. Thanks so much for the permanent eye loss Dr. Yanoga, please sleep well knowing how much of an incompetent and pathetic medical provider you are to those that are actual profession... read more
