The staff is nice but no consideration for people's time. Be prepared to wait one to two hours after your appointment time for a 5 min visit.
This OBGYN, especially the Gahanna location, has the worst office policies, a really rude office manager, and honestly my entire pregnancy and delivery with OSU was awful, and I will not be returning for my next pregnancy. Once you are established with an OB, you can never switch Drs, unless you go to a different office, that your provider doesn't service, so if you're able to drive further, maybe, maybe they'll agree to let you switch providers, but probably not. The staff at this office is EXCEPTIONAL!! From the schedulers, nurses, the front staff, and the MA's. Everyone gave awesome customer service. They made me feel cared for. Dr. Bondurant, MD was EXCEPTIONAL!! She and her team made my experience smooth and easy. When you have a question they work hard at getting you the answer. There is always a smile from when you walk in to when you leave. Very efficient and thorough. Nothing but class.
Hate this place! Can’t get my records transferred. Sent multiple request. I have been waiting 3 weeks. Very unacceptable!
