I ordered tickets for the latest show. I accidentally chose the wrong night. Ticketmaster has told me that OSU will not allow exchanges. I called the OSU ticket office and they will not exchange either and said just buy the tickets again as though spending an extra $70 is nothing. I realize this was my mistake to begin with but their lack of willingness when they have many open seats to exchange the tickets is frustrating.

I am very disappointed in the service I received from OSU ticket office. I paid for the cushions, but I never received them. On the 1st game we realized there we had no cushions even though we paid. I called the office to see if I can change the tickets location and I spoke with Isaiah about my situation. He explained that he needs to speak with supervisor about changing the location and he will call me back. Guess what, he never called. Have never waited in line longer than 10 minutes for will call. If there is still a line past opening they hold the start of the show until everyone is ready. Really enjoyed the recent production of Legaly Blonde.

Poor setup with will call. Even if you have already purchased your tickets you will have to stand in line and possibly miss your show. There is a sign saying no one can enter the theatre late. But they make it almost impossible to get your tickets. They should just be able to scan a code if you buy your ticket online.
